Management Trainee (HR)

Job Profile

The incumbents should possess sound knowledge of various HR subsystems. He will undergo training in various HR functions like recruitment, promotion, performance management, training etc. and other functions assigned by the Management.

Essential Qualification

02 years full time MBA (HR/Personnel)/MSW/MLW/MHRM from recognized University. Candidates having LL.B. in Labour Laws will be advantageous.


Below 30 years


The Management Trainee/s will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 25,000/- P.M. during the training period of 02 years.

On successful completion of training period, depending upon the performance of the candidate and company’s requirement, he/she may be absorbed to the post of Assistant Secretary. The post of Assistant Secretary carries the Pay Scale of Rs. 21900-43350 plus DA, HRA, CLA, Medical, LTC as per Company’s rules (Gross starting emoluments as on date Rs. 37000 approx.).
